Mo & Charles Inc started in 2007 as Riverz Renovations Inc and was rebranded in 2013 to reflect our niche in home remodelling expert. The company was started out of passion to see things done the right way and keeping the need of clients in view to ensure customer satisfaction.

Mo & Charles Inc specializes in rehabbing old/out of fashion buildings into modern and up to the minute structures, and we also add touches to new pre-constructions to make it into your ideal home.

Design-Build + Custom Renovation

We can either design for you or use your design to build your master piece. We manage all trades, municipal and regional authorities and you do not have to worry about anything other than to see progress on your project.

We use core project management principles into each and every project to guarantee our quality deliverable;

·      Cost – An alignment of what you desire to spend and what is reasonable to execute your project.

Charles is creative and energetic, he pours himself fully into every project no matter how big or small. He's got the eyes for details and won't overlook the minute detail that leads to perfection. His design concepts sets him apart in the industry, coupled with solid business acumen. Charles ability to plan and foresee the next steps enables him to deliver promptly without undermining customer satisfaction. 

Charles has led and delivered various project with his team of expert and tradesman. He operates from a point of Integrity, hard work and experience.

Brian has been a licensed plumber for over 20 years and has led the plumbing work; rough-in to finishing, of many commercial and residential building in the GTA. He has also maintained many residential estates across Ontario. Brian is a full-time staff with Mo & Charles Inc 

Ola (Project coordinator)

Ola has got unique skills to make things happen even in time of scarcity, she's able to get people off vacation earlier to make a project successful with her ability to communicate purpose and negotiate terms. She monitors project timelines along with cost tracking to ensure we are always within allowable margin.

Goran operates numerous crews that executes the installation of drywall across sub-divisions in the GTA. The speed and precision at which he operates are impeccable and difficult to match, his crew operates with the mindset to out-do their pace with finer precision. He overseas some framing activity to ensure his flow is not impacted by oversight from framers and would rather correct errors that getting other to fix it; he entertains no excuse.

With Dave our site can never be out of shape of look out of place, no one could lack anything or lack a helping hand. Dave can find anything or make something out of nothing just to get everyone going.
